Our Trainer Axle is designed to adapt your thru-axle equipped bike to on-wheel trainers, such as a 1up, Blackburn, Cyclops, Kinetic, Tacx, Wahoo, and many others. Our goal is to fit the thru-axle to your bike perfectly to minimize spacers and extra parts, providing a clean, high-performance axle for your bike. Train, warm up, and be race ready and fit for the season. - When it’s time for your race or time to head outside, simply remove your bike from the trainer, remove the drive side axle end and go. Our axle is suitable for use on or off the trainer, indoors or out. - The axle shaft and axle ends are precision CNC-machined from 7075 aluminum and hard-anodized for rugged durability. - No special tools required. Important: Before you order, make sure your specific trainer will accommodate the width of your modern thru-axle-equipped bike. CushCore is an engineered foam insert to be mounted inside a tire, designed to absorb impacts, reduce vibration, and increase lateral stability. Small component with a large impact. A poorly constructed or unsuitable tyre rim tape can be the cause of many punctures. It is especially important with hollow section rims to use a pressure-resistant rim band which covers the entire rim. The fabric-reinforced Continental Easy Tape rim protector is designed for use under high air pressure conditions. The various widths enable a perfect fit for all standard rims. The high pressure design for racing cyclists withstands up to 220 psi, without becoming deformed. The flat construction type also significantly eases the job of tyre fitting.

When top EWS Pro Riders ask you to develop a stiffer more durable fork axle, you listen. The stock 15mm axles and other lightweight aftermarket options were simply not tough enough for their race bikes. We don't quite ride at the pace of an EWS Pro, but we loved the simplicity and clean look of the axle so we made them available to buy. Axle F is 98% stronger and stiffer than a stock 15mm axle, yet still 20g lighter than a QR. We've replaced the QR lever with a simple 6mm hex. If you already carry the EDC multitool with you, there's no need for the heavy and bulky QR lever. Choose to ride even faster by using CeramicSpeed Hub Bearings in your wheels. The DT Swiss-3 wheel kit fits 240s Disc hubs. Other kits are available for DT 240s rim brake hubs, and DT180 as well. The high velocity of wheel bearings means that bearing friction can have a huge impact on performance. CeramicSpeed Wheel Bearings have a proven lifespan, which is 3-5 times longer than standard wheel bearings. Boostinator kits allow non-boost wheels to be mounted in Boost spacing frames and forks. While incremental, the benefits of the "Boost" 15x110mm front and 12x148mm rear axle standards are clear: better clearance for fatter tires & rims and reduced dish for stiffer, stronger wheels. The big bummer? Taking full advantage requires not only a new frame and fork, but new wheels as well. In response, we have developed the Boostinator. When paired with compatible 15x100mm or 12x142mm hubs, Boostinator kits allow existing wheels to be mounted in Boost-standard frames and forks. Disc and drivetrain positions are maintained and, thanks to a quick re-dish, spoke bracing angles are improved. Boostinator kits consist of a specially-designed axle end cap and, in the case of rear kits, a precision-machined rotor spacer with a set of six high-strength bolts. In keeping with Boost specifications, the disc and cassette are shifted outboard, allowing brakes and derailleurs to function as designed. Compatibility: - Front boostinators are only an endcap and do not require a rotor spacer. The wheel is re-dished. - Rear boostinators require both a re-dish and rotor spacer. - Rear Boostinator kits are not approved for rotors larger than 183mm. - Hubs spacing is 100mm front and 142 rear, and the Boostinators make them 110 and 148 respectively. - Compatible with 6-bolt FRONT wheels and SOME centerlock models. - Compatible with ONLY 6-bolt REAR wheels (there is no way to space centerlock rotors over 6mm). - NOT recommend (or safe) for non-symmetric lacing like the 2:1 lacing found on some of Industry Nine's wheels. *Note: You will need to re-dish your wheel after installing any Boosinator.
